At SWATO CAB, we aim to deliver reliable and punctual cab services. To maintain efficiency and fairness for both our customers and driver partners, we follow a clear and transparent refund and return policy.


🚫 Advance Booking – No Cancellation & No Refund

Once a ride is booked in advance and the booking amount is paid, the ride is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Online website bookings

  • WhatsApp-based advance bookings

  • Phone/helpline bookings with advance payment

⚠️ Note: No amount will be refunded if the customer cancels the ride after confirmation.


⏱️ Same-Day or Instant Bookings

All same-day or immediate bookings are also non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and the vehicle is allocated.


✅ Valid Refund Scenarios (Company-Initiated)

Refunds are applicable only if SWATO CAB cancels the ride due to any of the following:

  • Driver unavailability or emergency breakdown

  • Operational error or double booking by the system

  • Service disruption due to reasons from our end

In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

  • Booking ID / Invoice number

  • Payment method details

  • Reason for refund request

  • Be punctual at the pickup location
